Luisa Fuentes CEO & Founder of Rayito De Sol

Luisa Fuentes is a Peruvian-born entrepreneur, cultural strategist, and national leader in early childhood education. She founded Rayito de Sol, the first and fastest-growing network of NAEYC-accredited Spanish immersion early learning centers in the U.S., with locations in Minnesota and Illinois and plans to expand further. Luisa also co-founded Patapetpit™, launched the International Association for Early Childhood Education, and leads GLOW, supporting underserved children in Latin America. A proud cultural ambassador, she is a national Marinera dance champion and Executive Producer of Amor de Marinera. Her work has earned honors including SBA Woman-Owned Business of the Year and Twin Cities Business Notable Hispanic Leader

Kasey Worrell, Co-Founder & Principal of Fusion Hill

Kasey Worrell is Co-Founder and Principal of Fusion Hill, a woman-owned marketing agency serving top financial, healthcare, and tech brands. She is deeply committed to empowering women and BIPOC leaders through initiatives like The BrandLabJoyya, and the NAWBO-MN Catalyst Fund, as well as co-founding kake LLC to invest in women- and BIPOC-owned businesses. An award-winning designer, Kasey was named NAWBO Minnesota’s Woman Business Owner of the Year in 2018. She balances her thriving career with motherhood and enjoys traveling while inspiring the next generation of entrepreneurs. 

Mary Younggren, Owner & Principal, Advent Talent Group

Mary Younggren is the Owner and Principal of Advent Talent Group, a staffing agency specializing in marketing, accounting, and human resources. Over 30 years, she has grown her business significantly and quadrupled its nonprofit focus. A former NAWBO Minnesota president, Mary continues to mentor women entrepreneurs and support community growth. She has been recognized as Enterprising Woman of the Year and a 2022 Women in Business Honoree, and her leadership has left a lasting impact on both her industry and community.

With over 30 years in healthcare, Jill has transformed pharmacy services for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Lotus Pharmacy has earned multiple accolades including Top 50 Women in BusinessInc. 5000 recognition, and Fast 50 status. Jill leads with values and innovation, proving that bold leadership can reshape an entire industry while staying true to purpose and community impact. 

Emerging Women Business Owner of the Year:

Latasha N. Lee, CEO & Founder, Healthy Helpful Insight Healthcare Institute

Latasha  Lee is CEO and Founder of the Healthy Helpful Insight Healthcare Institute, a nursing assistant school providing CPR, First Aid, and Traumatic Bleed Training while addressing racial disparities in healthcare. 

With nearly 30 years of nursing experience, she mentors future professionals and serves on multiple boards. Latasha has earned awards including the Advancing Health Equity Award and Top Nurse Award, and her work empowers individuals, strengthens communities, and creates a lasting impact in healthcare and education.
